● Aren’t committed to going deep. At Exhale & Rise, you’ll forge strong friendships and have of fun, but our focus will be on self-reflection and achieving breakthroughs.
● Are completely closed to anything that feels “too spiritual.” You don’t have to be well-versed in the ways of “woo”—our sisters are professionals, lawyers, entrepreneurs, artists, and more. But you DO have to be willing to use tools like meditation, journaling, and visualization to explore your thoughts and feelings.
● Don’t want to create real change. You’ll be challenged to drop the stories, accept responsibility, and find actionable ways to improve your circumstances through changing what you can actually control.
